Since 1976 we've fired the ovens before the sun hits Tedder Ave. Every loaf is mixed, folded, and shaped by hand. Every pastry, laminated in our kitchen. Every pie, filled the night before. We don't buy in. We don't cut corners. We just show up early, and bake it right.
